· 2001-2002: Team leader of HCC Supply Chain Management (SCM) System project. Duties centered on system's mathematical model. Designed and implemented core algorithm for system's main modules, including BOM, supplier, inventory, MRP and others. Conducted research on a generic algorithm for system's most critical module - scheduling. Achievements were commended by senior management of the R & D as "superior".
· 2000-2001: Principal team member in HCC's major product launch - HCC Information Exchange Platform. Implemented system in C language on UNIX platform. Finished product was adopted by many government institutions and private companies.
· 2000-2002: Database administrator. Engaged in design of databases on Unix and Windows platforms implemented with Informix, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.
· 2001-2002: Interpreter. Participated in company's ISO9000 Quality Certification and CMM-Level 2 Evaluation. Translated book Function Point Analysis, which introduced useful methodologies for company's project management.
